Reservations and Cancellations of Treatments

  • We advise that you book in advance, though walk-ins are welcome.
  • Credit card details are required to secure your booking.
  • Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide 24 hours notice otherwise 50% of the treatment will be charged.
  • If you don't arrive for our treatment then we will have to charge the full treatment price.

Arrival

  • In order for you to benefit from the best possible care, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time so you can complete our Lifestyle Guide.
  • As a courtesy to our other clients we endeavour to ensure that treatment times are adhered to and consequently may not be able to treat clients who arrive late.
  • We regret that latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatment time.

Etiquette

  • We kindly request that mobile phones are switched off.
  • Smoking is not permitted.
  • Alcohol should not be consumed before treatments or before use of the facilities.
  • Clients need to be 16 years or above unless accompanied by an adult.

Gift Vouchers

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • We will send vouchers by first class post and are sent entirely at the purchaser's risk.
  • No responsibility will be taken by the spa for non-arrival.

Health

  • If you have unmedicated high blood pressure, heart condition, have had cancer or any other medical condition we advise you to consult your GP before undertaking a spa treatment.
  • Please could you inform us at time of booking if you are or suspect you may be pregnant.
  • Some treatments may be contra-indicated by certain medical conditions, however we will endeavour to provide you with an alternative treatment.

Loyalty Card

  • When you visit the Retreat why not pick up a loyalty card.
  • We will stamp your card according to the chosen treatment. Obtain five stamps for the same treatment and you will receive a sixth treatment with our compliments.
  • Simply present your card, showing the fully stamped section for our staff to authenticate. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
