Seniors Triumph at Dorking

On Friday 24th February the Seniors played and won their last away and penultimate game of the season at Dorking giving them a great chance to win the Winter league. it was a hard fought victory that was all the more remarkable as one of the Slinfold team had left his putter at home after cleaning his clubs and preceded to use his 5 iron to make his way around the greens. "Someone even suggested perhaps he should use it all the time". All to play for in the final match at home against Clandon Regis on 2nd March.
