The tees are reserved from 8.36 to 9.36 for a "roll up" every Friday. There are 28 places available. If there are more entrants than this the first 28 players to sign up are "in", the others are on the reserve list. In reality there are rarely more than 28 players looking to play.

Sign up opens at 7.00 am on the Wednesday morning before play, and closes at 6.00 pm on the Thursday evening before play. The draw is made at random shortly after sign up closes and the draw is immediately published. 

Play is usually in friendly three ball or four ball, though sometimes new members who wish to take the opportunity to score a card for handicap might be in a two ball. Anyone wishing to score a card for handicap should let the organiser, David Sainsbury, know as early as possible.

If, due to special circumstances, anyone needs an early or a late time let the organiser, David Sainsbury, know well before  6.00 pm on the Thursday evening before play.
