A record turnout of 36 pairs was rewarded with magnificent conditions (some would say too hot). With the focus on fun and enjoyment, a very generous format of betterball stableford full handicap off the yellow tees was anticipated to produce some high scoring, which it did.

Winners with 51 pts were Sam Alexander and guest Martin McHugh.

Second with 50 pts were Peter Bradley and guest Richard Martin.

Third on countback with 49 pts were Terry Wills and guest Irwin Blackstock.

Fourth, also on 49 pts. were Cliff Marlow and guest John Heather.

The day was a great success and many thanks to club staff and our ladies section for their support on the day.
