Played on a fine day not even affected by the small shower near the end, this inaugural event for the Seniors Calendar proved an outstanding success enjoyed by members and guests alike.

Results were -

Winners with 40 points (on countback last 6) Cliff Marks and Graham Wyatt (Cranleigh); Second with 40 points points Jeff King and Robin Paul (Royal Ascot); Third with 39 points (on countback back 9) Phil Clement and Robin Brown (Mannings Heath); Fourth with 39 points Jerry Stobbs and Ray Grainger (Arlesford GC).
