Holistic Classes

Our Holistic classes provide a more relaxing workout. With slower paces and an emphasis on strength and stability, these classes have been designed to increase flexibility and increase core-muscle tone.

Body Balance

Body Balance involves a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates and is designed to leave your body feeling centred and restored. With soothing music and moves that focus on relaxing the muscles in order to strengthen body posture, this is a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. This class has been designed to relax the body whilst improving flexibility.


Pilates provides a refreshing mind-body workout, focusing on core stability and posture. This is an excellent class for both the body and brain, with the toning benefit of lengthening muscles through body posture.


This class offers a holistic approach to the body, mind and spirit. Yoga can also provide helpful tips to develop mental strength. Varying weekly, some classes may be gentle, whilst others challenge various muscles in order to prove core strength and flexibility.
