Adult lane swimming is available every day of the week, offering our members the greatest convenience when it comes to planning their fitness schedule. To help our members get the most out of every session, we section our pool into separate lanes according to the speed at which you choose to swim. Uninterrupted by children or families, adult swimmers who wish to have a full swim workout can do so comfortably.

Swimming, which works nearly every muscle in the body, is a great way to both relax and workout at the same time as it tones your legs, stomach and arms.

Swimming is also a great way to cool the muscles down post-exercise, as the gentle movement increases blood flow through the muscles to help them recover.
